You brush aside cobwebs and flick creepy looking spiders off your arm as you push through the decrepit old door frame. There is a cool breeze emanating from within the house, and a dank and moldy aroma dripping from the ancient structure.
From here you can see there is a room still marked W.C. to your left.
[[Check out the Bathroom|bathroom]]
or you can continue ahead through copious spiderwebs into the depths of the house
[[Enter the Hallway|hall]]
Ostensibly you're in the bathroom now, but the toilet, bathtub, and sink are in pieces, the floor covered with dusty footprints. It is eerily silent.
Puzzled by this sight, you [[return|entrance]] through the door to the main entryway
The hallway is illuminated by an ornate but depressing looking candelabra wall sconce that appears to be emitting greenish light despite the fact that the candles are not lit! The walls bear framed paintings of odd vistas -- a rustic seaside cabin, a ritual magic circle in a forest clearing, and a lush orchard.
The hall way offers pathways in many directions. At this crossroads you are surrounded by sounds of distant thunder crashes and heavy rainfall from outside, a cool breeze, and curious sights and sounds beckoning you to one of the following nearby rooms:

To the right, checkered floor tiles suggest a [[kitchen]]

To the left, what [[sounds|office]] like an office

Continue straight ahead [[through a door|bedroom]] pierced with an ancient looking dagger

Or, you might also retreat back to the [[entrance]]

Astonishingly -- the kitchen is sparkling clean, there is a sink, stove and fridge along the far wall. Cupboards overhead. The black and white checkered tiles on the floor clash with faded green wallpaper but you are more startled by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafts around the room. There is a breakfast nook equipped with a small table covered with a floral pattern tablecloth, a shiny metallic toaster, and a Ouija board game still bundled up in its cardboard box packaging. The box is stamped with the word "Discarded"
From here you can [[access the hallway|hall]]
Or you can return to the [[room with the TV|living-room]]
In this room an old television set sits in the corner, flickering every so often with patterns of static. Sometimes these patterns of light and electronic noise take on the uncanny reminiscence of a face! It's odd though, the TV is not plugged in, and with various wires protruding and circuitry exposed it looks like an abandoned art project.
Otherwise there are a few bright pink bean bag chairs strewn about a fuzzy rust-orange colored carpet, a lingering odor of mildew and a cool breeze that is wafting through from the adjacent room. This adjacent room is tiled in a checkerboard pattern, suggesting the remnants of a kitchen.
Enter the [[kitchen]] or return to the [[bedroom]] You are struck with the oppressive scent of Pinesol as you enter this room. This cleaning product does little to cheer up the room before you. There is a massive metal bedframe shrouded in dense mosquito netting and a light but putrid odor hanging in the air. You dare not peek inside the netting. The room is bare. Two windows facing you are boarded up. The carpet is visibly torn from the floor with nails and tufts of fabric still attached. A wooden floor with gaping holes that look to have been pried loose. There is a thin, opaque vapor that appears to be seeping from these holes
You notice another room to the right of the bed. Enter [[that room|living-room]]
Or, you can return to the [[hall]]
You might think you were in the midst of a busy home office if you kept your eyes closed. The clickity-clack of typewriters, crumpling papers, and faint buzz and static of a radio stuck between stations suggest a lively office.
But no one is here!
Seven typewriters clustered onto rickety wooden desk, typing themselves! The desk is painted seagreen, with paint peeling, and a broken leg creating a visible slant on the tabletop.
A seemingly endless stack of papers fly into the air, propelled by unknown forces! Then they crumple up and dart into a nearby wastebasket. You close your eyes again. Peeking around the room you see cleaning supplies, various toolboxes, towels, and the antenna of a radio protruding from behind the pile of cleaning supplies.
